SCHOOL MANAGER is organized into functional modules. Below are some video examples.

The ‘Login’ Module is the entry to the package. It is also the module through which rights can be allocated to users.
The system of allocating rights comprehensively to various users provides tremendous flexibility to School Managements to define the rights of various users to different parts of the package. The rights can be allocated simultaneously in multiple ways:

Module-wise,
Function-wise (view/add/edit/delete)
And even day-wise

Student

The Student sub-module of Academics module has four components: ‘Search Student Details’ ‘Student Record’, ‘Student Documentation and Media Storage’ and ‘Student Wizard’.
The first is powerful serch tool. The second provides instant access to information relating to various aspects of student life for particular individual during his school life.
The Student Documentation and Media Storage module provides a faciltiy for systematic storage and easy retrieval of various documents as well as other media, such as photographs, pictures, floppies and CDs. The Student Wizard enables the user to generate and sort reports according to selected user-defined criteria.

Time Table

The Time-table sub-module enables error-proof drawing-up of class-wise, teacher-wise and day-wise time-tables for the entire school without violating any constraints regarding timings, loads, teaching abilities and teaching resources. It also provides analysis of teacher-wise load according to classes and subjects and class-wise allocation of multiple teachers. It is a note-worthy feature of SCHOOL MANAGER that, as with its other modules, in the time-table section too it enables the user to navigate effortlessly between class time-table, teacher time-table and day time-table.

Marks And Results

The ‘Marks and Results’ sub-module has three parts. The first is the ‘Class Mark Sheet’ which gives the subject-wise total marks, passing marks, highest marks scored in the Division/Standard and marks scored by each student of a particular class. This is also the entry screen for the Marks and Results sub-module. It also has provision for awarding grace marks, if required, subject-wise and in the aggregate, according to set criteria.

Fees

The ‘Fees’ module provides complete details of all types of fess, whether it is for a particular student, a class, a complete standard or the whole school for any month(s) of the academic year. Moreover, the package does not lay down any constraint on the user in respect of number or type of fees or the months for which a type of fess is applicable. Indeed, it even permits specific concessions in fees for individual students for any defined period. Yet, all these require only simple, easily-understood one-time inputs to the fees settings.
